About Caleb

Caleb Vogel was born and raised in Montgomery County, Texas, where he was immersed from an early age in the people, values, and traditions of the agricultural community. His upbringing in production agriculture, combined with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and a minor in Agribusiness from Sam Houston State University, gave him a strong foundation in understanding land, livestock, and the unique considerations that come with rural property ownership.

After college, Caleb spent several years managing livestock operations before transitioning into real estate. His agricultural background continues to shape the way he approaches real estate today, particularly when working with farm and ranch properties, while also providing a valuable perspective for clients buying or selling residential property.

Caleb believes successful real estate is built on more than a transaction—it is built on trust, communication, and lasting relationships. His background has taught him the importance of being organized, dependable, attentive to detail, and dedicated to following through on his commitments. He takes pride in getting to know his clients, understanding what matters most to them, and providing a thoughtful, straightforward experience from beginning to end.
Whether helping a family find a place to call home, assisting a landowner with the sale of property, or helping a buyer find the right piece of land, Caleb brings the same level of dedication and personal attention to every client.

Outside of real estate, Caleb enjoys remodeling homes and improving properties, giving him a hands-on appreciation for the potential and value of real estate. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son and is actively involved in his local church and men’s ministry.

With deep roots in Montgomery County and a lifelong connection to agriculture, Caleb is passionate about helping people navigate one of the most significant decisions they will make—finding the right property and making the most of the opportunities it provides.
